Minimum cleaning service Charge is $99 for all jobs, unless with a coupon, special or promotion
Pet / Human Urine, stain or Odor Removal or Remediation is not included in basic carpet cleaning services, extra Charges will apply.
Extra charges will apply for removal of certain stains, such as paint, ink, red wine, Kool aid, chewing gum, rust, tar, heavy grease, coffee, markers, crayons, and candle wax
Areas are considered as 225 sq.ft or less, i.e. 15 feet x 15 feet. Areas above 225 sq.ft will be considered as two. Some living rooms, family and basements might be considered as more than two areas and so forth.
Combo rooms, L-shaped rooms, great rooms, bonus rooms, master bedrooms with attached bathrooms are all considered 2 areas.
Ionic Fresh will only clean areas we have access to, such as traffic and open areas. An extra Fee of $30.00 will be charged per room for moving furniture and cleaning underneath if a customer requests. We do not move computers, Televisions, electronics and entertainment centers. All furniture that will need to be moved by the technicians such as chest of drawers, tables, nightstands, beds, dressers etc, will only be moved if they are emptied by the customer before our arrival. Our safety and liability policy does not allow customers to move furniture within a room, once the cleaning has started. Customers are not allowed to handle our equipment or help the technicians with any aspect of the cleaning. Customers are free to watch and observe the cleaning process from a safe distance.
We will charge you an extra $10 per room if we have to pick and clear certain items from the carpet / floor to be cleaned, such as toys, books, clothes, electronics, papers, cosmetics, decorations, shoes, instruments, tools, silverware construction waste and garbage.
The following Discounts are available on minimum service charges of $149 or more
* Police Officers, Firefighters, EMT and Military Personal will get a discount of $10.00
* Individuals with disabilities and Veterans will get a discount of $15.00
* Senior Citizens, age 65 and above will receive a discount of $ 10
All payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash.
Ionic Fresh will assess a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. This is in addition to any fees your financial institution may assess
Estimates are an idea of the charges for service and may not reflect the actual price of service. The technician will confirm the final price, get your approval and then clean.
